Exports

Export a journey as PDF, PowerPoint, or HTML

Three export formats, all branded with your workspace logo and colors.

Last updated May 3, 2026

When a journey is ready to share with stakeholders, export it. All three formats include the same content (stages, personas, pain points, opportunities, actions) styled with your workspace branding.

PDF

A4 portrait, board-ready. Generated server-side via headless Chromium (puppeteer-core). Use it for executive summaries or printable handouts. Cold-start can take a few seconds the first time per day; warm requests are fast.

PowerPoint (.pptx)

16:9 slides — one per stage plus a cover and summary deck. Editable in PowerPoint and Keynote. Use it when stakeholders want to drop the deck into a larger presentation.

HTML

Self-contained single HTML file. Use it for sharing via Slack, email, or pasting into a wiki — recipients don't need a Journey Builder account.

Branding

Workspace owners and admins can configure logo, accent color, and favicon under Settings → Branding. The settings apply to all three formats.

Public share link (alternative)

If you want a link instead of a file, enable public sharing on the journey itself (top of the journey editor). Anyone with the link can view the journey read-only without signing in. Disable it the moment you no longer want it public.
