Invite teammates and choose their role
Send email invitations or copy a magic link. Each invite expires after 14 days.

Workspaces are collaborative — invite teammates so they can edit journeys, manage clients, and use shared AI budget.
Send an invitation
Open the Members tab in the workspace top bar. Enter the teammate's email, pick a role, and click Create invite link. If email delivery is configured (RESEND_API_KEY on the server), the invitation is sent automatically. Otherwise the link is copied to your clipboard so you can share it manually.
What invitees see
When they click the link, they're taken to a preview page showing the workspace name and role. After signing in (or signing up if they're new), the invitation is consumed and they appear in your members list.
Expiry & resend
Invitations expire after 14 days. From the Members tab you can resend (re-trigger the email), copy the link again, or cancel a pending invitation.
Removing a member
Owners and admins can remove members. The member loses access immediately, but their journeys remain in the workspace and stay editable by everyone else.
